Woody and his team helped us sell our home last year. Then the real work began for Woody. First we thought we wanted to live in a condo, maybe over 55+ community. Then we thought we wanted to buy land and build our home. After several months. We decided on a remote home in Fallbrook. Woody advised us along the way, making every visit to each condo, piece of land or home we wanted to see. He arrived early and found answers to each question we had. Once we finally decided on the Fallbrook house, Woody went to work getting us the best deal possible. There was a Hero Program Tax for the solar the previous owner incumbered the home with. We were able to have them pay that off completely. Also we wanted to use our prop 60/90 tax transfer to our new home. Woody got us the needed info. to do the transfer, big savings for us. After we purchased the home Woody gave us referral to his trusted associates to do work on the house. We shopped around and found his referral to be qualified and in the same ball park as other contractors. I just can't say enough how much we appreciated all his efforts to make our new house, our new home.

Woody did a GREAT job for us! Our house had a number of "condition" issues, which would require professional remedies. Woody understood our desire to sell the house "as-is", and what type of buyer we would need to find. Woody very successfully marketed the property to the right target audience - those willing to do major renovations - resulting in serious, informed buyers from the beginning. Woody was very active in the sales process. He had the house listed online the day after we engaged him, and conducted an open house three days later. Some of the condition issues of our house were more significant than we first realized. I can only refer to my home buying experience as an ordeal. While my loan was approved very quickly it took 3 months to close. There were problems with the appraisal, HOA, and the escrow company. I honestly don’t know if I have it in me to do it all over again. That being said, I am got the home I wanted at the price I wanted. In order to deliver the property Woody had to fight a lot of battles. And there were times it really felt like the seller was fighting us. He was actively pushing the process forward. In terms of dedication, I couldn’t have asked for more. He also kept me informed at every step. As a first-time buyer, I appreciated Woody's local knowledge and responsiveness most. When everything in a purchase falls into place, any realtor should be able to get a glowing review. Despite the all the problems and delays, I would give Woody 5 stars. Woody is great! We were randomly assigned to Woody through the Zip website, and had no idea at the time fortunate we were! He was so helpful throughout the process and helped us immediately to focus our home search. He was very patient (he even seemed to enjoy our child - under the age of two - toddling around with us to all the houses!), and very flexible/accommodating with his schedule, making sure to get us into to see houses as soon as they hit the market (which is essential these days!). Woody was encouraging and informative without being pushy. We can honestly say that without Woody our offer would most likely not have been accepted. There were other offers on the table that were higher than ours, but, based on Woody's conversations with the her, the listing agent/seller connected with Woody and trusted that he would help the transaction go smoothly, so she went with our offer. He has clearly established a positive reputation within the real estate community which is important. When the inspection turned up some possibly significant issues, Woody was sure to help us investigate them to the fullest, never glossing them over or hoping we wouldn't notice in fear that they would affect the transaction. Throughout the whole process we truly felt like he had our best interest in mind. In fact at some points he seemed more excited for us than we were! There are lots of other examples of the great work that Woody (and his wife who helped chase around our baby during the inspection!) does, but hopefully this review (and the others on here) help give you an idea that you are in good hands with Woody.

Jayme is a dream to work with! She has a warm and upbeat personality that takes the stress out of purchasing a home. Moreover, she has the experience and skill set to get things done. Let her know what you want and she'll make it happen. Once I share with her what I was looking for we had an appointment to visit several properties the next day, got financing pre-approved & submitted the offer within 24 hours and closed the deal in less than 25 days. We negotiated credits and warranties provided by the seller in excess of what I even hoped for. We purchased the condo for $415k, and within 45 days of closing the exact comp down the street sold for $465k ($50k over our purchase price not even including credits). What else can I ask for? We scored a great investment property in record time and had a great time doing it. Highly recommended!

Jayme and Woody took the time to find out what we were really looking for in a new home. Asked questions that helped us narrow down what was really important for us as we downsized. They sent us to look at homes to get a feel without constantly looking over our shoulders. Then as we got closer Jayme used her experience and knowledge to help us make a final decision. From the beginning, Jayme sat down with us and explained the process, optopns and we decided on a plan. Even though we have sold homes before we needed a refresher. She helped in the preparation of open houses, kept us informed of what was happening. So many big and little things came up and Jayme and Woody took care of them all the way through escrow, and always with a smile and a happy personality. We really could not be more pleased with having this team as our representatives and would highly recommend them. Selling your home and downsizing is an emotional (and physical) time in our life. Woody and his team helped us sell our home last year. Then the real work began for Woody. First we thought we wanted to live in a condo, maybe over 55+ community. Then we thought we wanted to buy land and build our home. After several months. We decided on a remote home in Fallbrook. Woody advised us along the way, making every visit to each condo, piece of land or home we wanted to see. He arrived early and found answers to each question we had. Once we finally decided on the Fallbrook house, Woody went to work getting us the best deal possible. There was a Hero Program Tax for the solar the previous owner incumbered the home with. We were able to have them pay that off completely. Also we wanted to use our prop 60/90 tax transfer to our new home. Woody got us the needed info. to do the transfer, big savings for us. After we purchased the home Woody gave us referral to his trusted associates to do work on the house. We shopped around and found his referral to be qualified and in the same ball park as other contractors. I just can't say enough how much we appreciated all his efforts to make our new house, our new home.

Woody and his team were great! We lived in our home for over 40 years and had to do a lot before it was ready to sell. We were out of town for the one and only open house. We received 6 offers. It was Woody's knowledge of our area that helped sell the house. We plan to downsize and will call Woody to help us when buying a new smaller home. We interviewed 6 other agents before meeting Woody. I felt he was the best person to help us, that proved to be true.

Woody did a GREAT job for us! Our house had a number of "condition" issues, which would require professional remedies. Woody understood our desire to sell the house "as-is", and what type of buyer we would need to find. Woody very successfully marketed the property to the right target audience - those willing to do major renovations - resulting in serious, informed buyers from the beginning. Woody was very active in the sales process. He had the house listed online the day after we engaged him, and conducted an open house three days later. That open house led to all of our active bidders, and the ultimate purchaser. He kept in constant touch with the buyer, title company, and me, addressing any issues that arose immediately. Some of the condition issues of our house were more significant than we first realized. After the first potential buyer backed out of the deal, Woody quickly engaged the right professionals so that we could accurately assess the condition of the house and adjust our target price accordingly. Woody was a joy to work with. Not only is he an experienced professional, he is very pleasant to deal with, and kept me informed at every step of the process via phone, email, and SMS. I would gladly work with Woody again, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a great real estate agent.

There are simply no words that can explain how incredible woody was through the entire process. My wife and I didn't even know if we could buy a house when we first spoke with woody. Literally 30 days later we were closing escrow. Woody met us at all hours of the day and in a variety of cities. We found our dream home, got it for under asking (in this market with multiple buyers), and woody even set us up with every contractor we needed. From painters to landscapers, woody had a guy to call. He and his entire family helped us pick our house and decorate it. He is truly amazing and if I ever sell this house or buy another house woody is our agent. He has a customer for life!

If you're busy Woody will work with you. My wife and I work late and Woody was always accommodating to our schedule and our understanding of the process. He learned about our housing needs and plans and only directed us to homes that were realistic to our plans and budget. He never pushed anything that was beyond our requests and found us a great home just after a few days in the market. Our friends were even surprised that we actually closed in 30 days. Woody was so dedicated to help us find our home that he contacted us the day he was out of surgery. He wanted to know if we were able to complete the step we needed to complete on that day. Beyond his availability, he also made sure we had access to his team, to answer any questions we had at any time we needed to. Woody and his team were timely and efficient, while maintaining a level of human touch that is often absent in these types of dealings. We highly recommend Woody; He's knowledgeable and not pushy :-) There are many other ways that Woody went out of his way to help us through the purchase of our first home, but ultimately I would be happy to recommend him to my friends and family.

I met Woody via an out of state realtor and Woody treated me as I knew him for decades treating me like a VIP from our first meeting on. My wife and I sort of challenged Woody for reasons I was always out of town on business and we needed to find and purchase a house in less than 4 weeks because we sold our house and we were living in a motel. This was the first time I was buying a home. I was not only blessed but completely thankful to have Woody as my realtor. This was the SECOND time I've had the pleasure of working with Woody Harper....the first time was over 15 years ago when he helped me buy my first home, I was young and very inexperienced but Woody was patient and willing to answer all of the questions I had. I REALLY appreciated the time he spent with me to ensure that I completely understood what was happening at every step of the transaction. Fast Forward 15 years....when it was time to sell I knew Woody would be the guy I would call! My house was only on the market for EIGHT DAYS!! He was able to negotiate with the multiple offers until a bidding war ensued and I ended up with $41,000 MORE than I even thought the house was worth!! I was amazed at how well he knows the local market AND how good he is at getting what his client wants! I can only refer to my home buying experience as an ordeal. While my loan was approved very quickly it took 3 months to close. There were problems with the appraisal, HOA, and the escrow company. I honestly don’t know if I have it in me to do it all over again. That being said, I am got the home I wanted at the price I wanted. In order to deliver the property Woody had to fight a lot of battles. And there were times it really felt like the seller was fighting us. He was actively pushing the process forward. In terms of dedication, I couldn’t have asked for more. He also kept me informed at every step. As a first-time buyer, I appreciated Woody's local knowledge and responsiveness most. When everything in a purchase falls into place, any realtor should be able to get a glowing review. Despite the all the problems and delays, I would give Woody 5 stars. If I decide to buy another home (not for quite a while), I will contact him again.

Woody is great! We were randomly assigned to Woody through the Zip website, and had no idea at the time fortunate we were! He was so helpful throughout the process and helped us immediately to focus our home search. He was very patient (he even seemed to enjoy our child - under the age of two - toddling around with us to all the houses!), and very flexible/accommodating with his schedule, making sure to get us into to see houses as soon as they hit the market (which is essential these days!). Woody was encouraging and informative without being pushy. We can honestly say that without Woody our offer would most likely not have been accepted. There were other offers on the table that were higher than ours, but, based on Woody's conversations with the her, the listing agent/seller connected with Woody and trusted that he would help the transaction go smoothly, so she went with our offer. Even the escrow officer spoke highly of Woody, remembering him from other transactions she had done with him in the past. He has clearly established a positive reputation within the real estate community which is important. When the inspection turned up some possibly significant issues, Woody was sure to help us investigate them to the fullest, never glossing them over or hoping we wouldn't notice in fear that they would affect the transaction. Throughout the whole process we truly felt like he had our best interest in mind. In fact at some points he seemed more excited for us than we were! There are lots of other examples of the great work that Woody (and his wife who helped chase around our baby during the inspection!) does, but hopefully this review (and the others on here) help give you an idea that you are in good hands with Woody.

Jayme is a dream to work with! She has a warm and upbeat personality that takes the stress out of purchasing a home. Moreover, she has the experience and skill set to get things done. Let her know what you want and she'll make it happen. Once I share with her what I was looking for we had an appointment to visit several properties the next day, got financing pre-approved & submitted the offer within 24 hours and closed the deal in less than 25 days. We negotiated credits and warranties provided by the seller in excess of what I even hoped for. We purchased the condo for $415k, and within 45 days of closing the exact comp down the street sold for $465k ($50k over our purchase price not even including credits). What else can I ask for? We scored a great investment property in record time and had a great time doing it. Highly recommended!

Jayme and her husband Woody have been my realtors for years. They have done an amazing job selling my Anaheim Hills home and finding me a home in Murrieta. Jayme and Woody took the time to find out what we were really looking for in a new home. Asked questions that helped us narrow down what was really important for us as we downsized. From the beginning, Jayme sat down with us and explained the process, optopns and we decided on a plan. Even though we have sold homes before we needed a refresher. She helped in the preparation of open houses, kept us informed of what was happening. So many big and little things came up and Jayme and Woody took care of them all the way through escrow, and always with a smile and a happy personality. We really could not be more pleased with having this team as our representatives and would highly recommend them. Selling your home and downsizing is an emotional (and physical) time in our life. We could not have asked for a better experience in selling our home! Jayme and Woody Harper were outstanding in their support throughout the entire process. We met with several realtors and selected Jayme and Woody because of their knowledge of the area, their proven success in selling and buying homes, the client reviews and finally the genuine customer focused approach that they exuded in our initial meetings. The did not disappoint us in any aspect of this process. From making recommendations on preparing the property, referring awesome contractors to do the work, proposing a realistic yet aggressive timeline and being tremendously responsive to all our questions. The house was ready to list in less than three weeks and we had multiple offers within the first week for more than our asking price! We also closed in less than 45 days with no delays. It was purely by chance that Jayme became my real estate agent and what a blessing it has been. I'm a widow, had just sold my home and was relocating to Orange County. I remember the day I met Jayme... after viewing just 3 homes, she said: I think I know what you like. Next thing she took us to a beautiful home that was just perfect. Later when I decided to sell... I called Jayme. We had my place sold in a week! The hard part comes next... I had to relocate due to my job. Not a problem for Jayme. I sent her list of homes I wanted to look at. She did the research and determined which homes where the best choice based on safety etc.We finally found the home of my dreams!
